Pet Supplements Delivery Information
We work hard to get your orders to you as fast as possible. All orders are dispatched using FedEx Next Day Service. If this is not available in your area then we use Royal Mail’s next day signed service.
We dispatch Monday to Friday and All orders placed before 2.00pm will be dispatched that day. We do not dispatch on UK bank holidays or weekends.
UK delivery
Our delivery costs are based on the size of your order and for UK deliveries you will pay a maximum of £5.50.
Tracking information is provided with all orders and although we use a next day service, we can’t guarantee that your order will be delivered in this time-frame.
It is possible for you to request specific delivery instructions. We can add a note to your postage label however we can’t guarantee that the courier will carry out these instructions. For example leaving in a specific location or with a neighbour.
